Terms & Conditions
Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required upon booking to secure your event date. The booking is not confirmed until Simple Booth Australia receives the deposit. The outstanding amount must be paid 21 days prior to the event.
If booked within 30 days of the event, a non-refundable full payment must be made within 48 hours of booking. If the remaining balance of the booking cost is not received by the invoice due date - The booking will be cancelled automatically. Under no circumstances will Simple Booth Australia deliver its products, if full payment has not been received.
Cancellation
The hirer has 2 days ( cooling-off period ) from the invoice issue date to cancel their booking and the deposit will be returned. Prior notice is required of changes to the time and date of the event. Simplebooth cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays at the venue.
Privacy
Simple Booth Australia will not sell your details to any third party and will take reasonable measures to ensure that your details remain confidential.
Hire, Fees, and Services
The hire fee includes booth set-up and removal. However, the time taken to deliver, set up, and remove the booths will be outside the hire period. The hirer is liable for any damage caused to the Simple Booth Australia products during the hire period.
The hirer must ensure adequate space is available for the booths to have access to 240v power within 2meters of equipment, all doorways and access paths provide adequate space to fit the booths without incurring damage.
Use of Images
The client gives permission for all photos taken during the event to be used on the Simple Booth Australia website, social media accounts and other promotional material.
Indemnification
Simple Booth Australia will not be liable for failing to perform under the Agreement by the occurrence of any event beyond our reasonable control, including a labour disturbance, Internet outage or interruption of service, communication outage failure by a service provided to us to perform, fire, threatened or actual act of terrorism, natural disaster, or war. Simple Booth
Australia will not be liable for any delays caused by the venue.
Miscellaneous
Simple Booth Australia representatives may stop the usage of the booths at any time during the event if they feel that the booths are being misused in a way that is dangerous to any person or potentially damaging to the product. Any variations to these Terms & Conditions must be agreed to in writing by Simplebooth. The hirer agrees that in all circumstances, Simplebooth liability is limited to an amount equal to the booking cost and not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
