These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://simplebooth.com.au/ (the "Site"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Booking & Payment
To secure your event date, a non-refundable booking fee of $250 is required. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to the event. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email has been sent. For bookings made within 21 days of the event, full payment is required upfront.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations should be communicated via email to hello@simplebooth.com.au. Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable. The refund policy for cancellations is as follows:
14 days or more before the event: Refund of any extra payments made, excluding the booking fee.
7–14 days before the event: 50% of the total hire fee is refundable, excluding the booking fee.
Less than 7 days before the event: 100% of the total hire fee is non-refundable.
You are entitled to one free date change if you notify us 21 days or more in advance; additional changes may incur fees.
3. Postponements (Including COVID/Government Restrictions)
In the event of postponements due to government restrictions, a credit note valid for 12 months will be issued. Please note that refunds are not available for COVID-related postponements.
4. Access, Setup & Requirements
The booth area requires a space of 2.5 × 2.5 m for standard setups and 3.5 × 3.5 m for a 360 booth. There must be a 240 V power outlet within 5 meters of the setup area.
Approximately 60–90 minutes is needed for setup (bump-in time). Ensure venue access is available as delays may reduce the hire duration.
5. Damages & Responsibility
The hirer is responsible for any damage to the equipment caused by guests, venue staff, or vendors. Any damages will be invoiced after the event.
6. Service & Technical Issues
We strive to provide uninterrupted service. In case of a partial outage, a partial refund may be applicable. If a complete outage occurs due to our fault, a full refund or credit will be offered. We are not liable for issues caused by external factors such as venue power failures or internet outages.
7. Use of Photos & Videos
Unless otherwise specified, images and videos captured may be used for marketing, social media, and website purposes. We are committed to respecting your privacy and will not misuse imagery.
8. Add-On Services
Decorative items such as flower walls, neon signs, and backdrops are intended for photography purposes only. Leaning or altering these items is not allowed. The hirer is responsible for any damage to these items.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure venue approval and make appropriate setup arrangements. Confirm the event timing and location, and provide weather cover for outdoor setups. Non-compliance with these responsibilities may impact service delivery.
